For heavily soiled items or orders requiring additional treatment to restore freshness.

Applied at discretion based on order condition.

Applied when an order is found to contain hazardous or unsafe materials upon inspection, including but not limited to:

• Bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, etc.)
• Pests (bed bugs, fleas, etc.)
• Flammable or unsafe substances

Orders meeting these conditions will not be processed and will be returned.

This fee covers handling, inspection, and return of order.
