Pickup & Delivery

• Laundry must be bagged and ready at the scheduled pickup time.
• Missed pickups may require rescheduling based on availability.
• Delivery times may vary based on order volume and location.

Laundry Handling

• We wash, dry, and fold all items according to standard care.
• We do not accept items requiring dry cleaning, repairs, or special handling.
• Please check all pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for items left inside clothing.

Minimum Orders & Pricing

• Pay-As-You-Go orders require a 30 lb minimum (minimum charge applies).
• Subscription Plans include set monthly poundage with overage rates.
• Bulky items and add-ons are charged separately.

Special Fees/Risk-Based Fees

• Deep Duty, Rewash, or Bio-Hazard fees apply only when necessary.
• Comforters and specialty items are billed at flat-rate pricing.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours.
• Rush service is available for an additional fee.

Payment

• Payment is due at completion of service by invoice.
• All fees must be paid in full before returning laundry.

Subscription Billing Policy

• All subscription plans require a card on file for automatic monthly billing.
• Your card will be charged after the second pickup is completed each month.
• A 30-day notice is required to cancel any subscription plan.
• Overage fees and add-ons will be billed with the monthly charge.

Cancellations

• Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed pickups may result in delay of service and extra pickup charge.
