Applied when an order is found to contain hazardous or unsafe materials upon inspection, including but not limited to:

• Bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, etc.)
• Pests (bed bugs, fleas, etc.)
• Flammable or unsafe substances

Orders meeting these conditions will not be processed and will be returned.

This fee covers handling, inspection, and return of order.
